You are eligible to receive MSSS-funded services if you reside in Manitoba and you are:
- A Temporary Resident holding a valid Work Permit or Study Permit
- A Canadian Citizen who identifies as a newcomer, including naturalized citizens, Canadian-born citizens raised outside of Canada, and foreign-born children of a Canadian citizen
- A Refugee Claimant
- Only claimants with a valid work permit are eligible for employment-related services
- Among Refugee Claimants, claimants with a valid work permit will be prioritized under MSSS services categories other than employment related services.
- The Spouse/Common-law partner and Dependent Children of the above
