If you meet all eligibility requirements for your desired stream and wish to reapply in the future, you may create a new Expression of Interest with a new username and password.

info Before submitting your inquiry, please review the following information.

If you answered yes to the following three-part question, your Expression of Interest (EOI) has been placed in the EOI pool for the International Education Stream:

Have you graduated in the past 3 years from an approved post-secondary program in Manitoba from a minimum 1-year program of full-time coursework;

AND

Do you have a full-time job offer from an eligible Manitoba employer, with a minimum 1-year contract, in an occupation on Manitoba’s published In-Demand Occupations list that is consistent with the post-secondary program you completed in Manitoba;

AND

Do you have at least CLB/NCLC 7 (or equivalent) in all four skill areas?

If you wish to apply under the Skilled Worker Stream, you must answer no to this question.

If your EOI is being considered for the International Education Stream, you will notice the following in your EOI Review:

You will not see the above three-part question
Your NOC is “00000 – Other”
Your EOI score may be lower than 500 points
Your EOI “appears to qualify as a Skilled Worker Overseas”
You will not receive the 500 points for Manitoba Demand (Adaptability)

If you receive an error when attempting to submit your EOI indicating that you have insufficient points to apply, please fill out the form at www.immigratemanitoba.com/mpnp/ies/cep/eoi-webform. Please note that this form is only to assist those experiencing a technical issue when submitting their EOI; it does not mean that you are eligible for the International Education Stream nor increase your chances of being drawn if you were able to submit your EOI without a technical issue.

info The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program does not have access to make changes to an Expression of Interest (EOI) on your behalf.

Please log in to your MPNP Online account at https://web22.gov.mb.ca/sso/Account/LogOn, make the applicable updates, save the changes, then resubmit your EOI under Tab 4.

Please note that no documents are uploaded during the EOI stage.

info An Expression of Interest (EOI) is valid for one year. You will receive an email if it expires or if you receive a Letter of Advice to Apply upon being drawn from the EOI pool.

To cancel your EOI:

Log in to your MPNP Online account at https://web22.gov.mb.ca/sso/Account/LogOn
Go to Eligibility and change the language scores to 3.0 or less

You will receive an error message stating that you do not meet the eligibility criteria of the program. Ignore the error message and log out of your account. After this, your EOI will not be selected from the pool.

In the future, if you wish to create a new EOI, ensure you meet all eligibility requirements for your desired stream and create a new EOI with a new username and password.
