Changes on How to Contact the MPNP

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is enhancing the way applicants, representatives, employers, and the general public can contact the program. These changes will streamline processes and improve response time to inquiries.

Beginning March 2, 2026, applicants can use the appropriate webform to submit inquiries for review by program staff. The MPNP will no longer respond to any inquiries received directly via email.

The MPNP will not respond to any contact forms submitted regarding the following requests:

  • Changes to an existing EOI: We cannot make changes to your EOI on your behalf. Access your EOI, make your corrections, save, and resubmit to save the changes.
  • Cancellation/re-submission of an EOI: If you want to cancel your EOI/reapply with a new EOI, please log into your account, go to Eligibility, and lower the language scores to 3.0. You will receive an error message stating that you do not meet the eligibility criteria of the program. Ignore this error message and log out; this way, your EOI will not be selected from the pool.
  • Extension of your Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) deadline: We will not provide an extension to the deadline for submitting your application for those who have received a LAA. It is your responsibility to submit your application and all required documents before the deadline.
  • Declining your LAA: You do not have to contact us. If you choose to decline your Letter of Advice to Apply, please ignore any further emails that you receive regarding the LAA. If you wish to reapply once you have met all the requirements of your selected stream, please create a new EOI with a new username and password.

If you have an active MPNP application with a file number (MB####-######), please submit your inquiry using the Skilled Worker Webform.

The MPNP will not respond to the following types of webform requests:

  • Status updates on your application: You can check the status of your application in your MPNP Online account at https://web22.gov.mb.ca/sso/Account/LogOn.
  • Submission of additional documents: We will not respond to submissions of additional documents through the webform or by email, unless you have been instructed to do so by your Program Officer or after you have received your nomination certificate. If you have not yet received a decision on your MPNP application, you must upload your documents to your profile prior to submitting your webform request. You will receive an auto-response advising that your submission has been successful at least 24 hours after submitting your documents.

If you have not yet received a response to a previous email, please do not submit a new request through this process at this time. Doing so will increase response times for everyone. The MPNP continues to review and respond to requests received before March 2, 2026.
