Promotion and Support for International Recruitment – Programs and Resources

Officers from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) offices in Paris, Rabat, and Dakar, as well as IRCC’s Outreach Officer Network, coordinated by the Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne (FCFA) du Canada, will be conducting information sessions across Canada from March 5 to 20, including Winnipeg, Manitoba. The information sessions are an opportunity to learn about:

  • support available from IRCC and local public employment services for recruitment in various countries, free of charge;
  • new talent pools;
  • IRCC’s temporary and permanent residence programs and measures to facilitate recruitment of French-speaking international candidates;
  • services for newcomers available in French to help them settle in their new community;
  • the annual Destination Canada Mobility Forum and other recruitment activities, in person and online.
