New process for skilled worker requests

As of June 13, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has updated the process for skilled workers to

  • inform the MPNP of your intention to change your employment,
  • request a work permit support letter (provincial nominees only),
  • request a nomination certificate extension (provincial nominees only),
  • inform the MPNP of changes to your Express Entry profile,
  • respond to a procedural fairness letter regarding an invalid Express Entry profile,
  • update your personal information,
  • decline your nomination after it was issued or withdraw your MPNP application,
  • update your representative information.

All requests must be submitted using the new Skilled Worker Webform. The MPNP is committed to processing all requests received via the webform within 10 business days. Incomplete requests may exceed this processing period.
