Please write this in clear and legible letters. The MPNP will communicate with you or your representative (if any) in a timely and efficient manner, preferably through emails. Changes in contact details must be supplied to the MPNP immediately. You should expect a longer processing time if this information is not communicated to the MPNP in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information in the application is up-to-date.
